With this gym system, It also greatly improves your exercise efficiency by skipping the commute and fee to the gym.
Butterfly Arm Training Zone — We’ve added the Butterfly Arm feature, the only smith machie on the market with a Butterfly Arm. The steel butterfly arm provides stable support and a comfortable grip, making your workout movements effectively targeting and strengthening the chest and back muscles.
120LBS Adjustable weight stack — Comes with a built-in weight stack of 120LBS, easily switch weights to cater to your evolving strength levels. And just in case our built-in 120LBS weight Stack doesn’t meet your strength requirements, we’ve added a pair of weight palte holders so you can add weight paltes individually for your training purposes.
Commercial Grade Steel — SunHome smith machine use 1.5mm thickened commercial quality steel makes the equipment stable. It also includes a rowing cable so you can do seated rows to develop the back muscles, forearm muscles, and upper arm muscles. Professional and durable pulley cable systems can avoid hazards during training.
